Its control functions include: no-water and full-water automatic shutdown, low-pressure and over-pressure automatic protection. The water output indicators can be customized according to user requirements. If the set value is not met, the system performs recirculation treatment via a backpressure valve. Once the set requirements are achieved, the water collection valve can be opened for use. The reverse osmosis (RO) elements, high-purity precision polishing resin, main components, machinery, pumps, and instruments can all be selected as imported equipment, ensuring reliable quality assurance for the device. As equipment for producing ultrapure water and serving as a secondary desalination unit following reverse osmosis systems, the Xinrui Laboratory High-Purity Water Purifier can produce water with a resistivity of up to 10–18.2 MΩ·cm. Therefore, it is widely used in the microelectronics industry, semiconductor industry, power generation industry, pharmaceutical industry, and laboratories. 1. Pre-Treatment System
Features a specially designed three-stage pre-treatment system. It is particularly suitable for customers in areas with high tap water salinity, hardness, high solid impurities, and high chlorine content, offering extreme convenience and cost-effectiveness. The system is meticulously designed based on the concept of "layered protection and step-by-step filtration." Due to the large capacity and high precision of each unit, the pre-treatment system offers stronger functionality, better self-protection, and higher efficiency in removing various impurities.
2. Reverse Osmosis System
Utilizes high-quality imported RO membranes. With strong screening capabilities, its performance is extremely stable. Under the system's set pressure, it allows only water to pass through while blocking solutes. Thus, it can precisely remove bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances from water. The desalination rate is ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system includes an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the RO membrane, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
3. Ultrapurification System
Employs high-quality nuclear-grade polishing mixed-bed three-column resin. The ultrapurification system ensures the complete removal of ions from water, with the produced water achieving a resistivity of up to 18 MΩ·cm, sufficient to meet the basic requirements of various experiments.
